    • Road test vehicle, confirmed driver front wheel hub bearing failure, passenger front wheel bearing beginning to make clicking noise, GM has released updated parts, recommend both front wheel hubs be updated at this time. During test driving a clunk sensation could be felt, confirmed driver side engine mount has excessive play, commonly failed part.
    • Replace both front wheel hub assemblies
    • Replace both engine mounts – [Includes: R&I Fender Liners. Includes: R&I Exhaust Manifolds.]

    • Front brakes are rubbing on the squealer, front brakes have no pad left, recommend front brakes and a brake fluid exchange. During inspections found multiple other issues; Front lower control arm bushings cracking. Driver CV axle boot torn apart. Stabilizer bar mounting bushings shot. TPMS light on.
    • Replace front brake pads and rotors
    • 1. Connect the Brake Fluid Exchange Machine in Accordance with the Equipment and Manufacturer Specifications and Procedures. Observe All Warnings Cautions and Notes. 2. Remove All the Old Fluid from the Brake System. 3. Push Justice Brothers High Performance Brake Fluid through the System to Clean all Varnish and Contamination. 4. Fill the Brake System to the Manufacturer Specified Fluid Level. 5. Bleed the Brakes to Remove all Air from the System. 6. Test For Proper Operation and Check for Leaks.

    • Verified no cold air from the vents, AC lines have no temperature differential, visual inspection found no evidence of leaks from common failure spots, recharged to capacity with dye, while running in the shop the system blew cold air however a leak at the condenser became visible, condenser replacement will be needed.

    • Cabin air filter needs replacement, full of dog hair… Engine air filter is reusable and service is recommended.
    • Inspect exterior lens condition and exterior bulb operation
    • Found sensor most likely damaged when vehicle was lifted, recreated lifting on the rack and found the ABS stretch too tight which cause sensor internal wire damage. Replace sensor and adjust rear ABS sensor wiring. The ABS wiring was changed when the air suspension was added.
