Install used BCM, perform programming and crankshaft relearn procedure, signals work properly and MIL has not returned, monitor. Perform inspection of engine noise and exhaust leak. Engine noise seemed to go away after relearn procedure was completed, monitor. Exhaust leaks at bad welds, Y pipe, header, recommend exhaust repairs at West Coast Muffler and may need to return to GMS for header/pipe repairs. During inspection clunking type noise heard, found missing/loose bolts for the transmission mount, installed new bolt. Coolant level is low, leaking at the upper radiator hose clamp, replace clamp, monitor. Master cylinder cap melted. Oil pan gasket appears to be leaking. Driver side front differential axle seal leaking.

Install driver temperature actuator
Install water pump, thermostat housing, AC belt, refill cooling system
After water pump repairs we were unable to burp the cooling system, engine temp got hot at idle, no heat through the vents, no circulation through the heater core. Testing found fan clutch was weak. Installed fan clutch and engine temps normalized, heat coming through the vents and evidence of circulation through the heater hose. During road testing the engine temps started to raise again and heat through the vents weakened. Further inspection found the upper sections of the radiator were not hot, suspect a restricted radiator. Replace radiator and system is working normally.
Inspect and adjust driver front/rear pigtail pin connections, replace both bulbs, issue remains, while playing with switch can get signal to stop/start working, replace multi-function switch and verify operation

Vehicle inspection – See KC
Replace transmission assembly, flush cooler, rear crankshaft housing and all related parts
During transmission removal the driver side exhaust stud/nut were seized and extraction was needed, install new stud/nut
Lower transmission cooler line beginning to leak. Engine oil service recommend, 0% oil life. All original cooling system hoses. Power steering cap seal leaking. Oil pan gasket seeping. Brakes 4mm front and rear.
Replace both transmission cooler lines
1. Cycle Oil System Cleaner for 15-30 minutes Idle/Drive Time; to Remove Sludge, Neutralize Acid, Break Down Carbon and Clean Anti-Smog Valves by Vapor Action. 2. Remove the Drain Plug and Drain the Crankcase to Remove the Used Oil and Contaminants from the Oil System. 3. Remove the Oil Filter. Inspect for Obvious Damage, Corrosion and Contamination. 4. Install New Oil Filter to Help Reduce Foreign Object Deposits in the Oil System (Replace Applicable Gaskets and Seals). 5. Inspect the Drain Plug Gasket (Replace If Needed). 6. Install the Drain Plug and Torque to Factory Specification (Remark Torque Line If Faded). 7. Use JB Engine Oil Supplement in the Crankcase to Condition the Metal and Reduce Friction Drag Between Moving Parts. 8. Fill the Crankcase Engine Oil with the Manufacturer Specified Oil to Properly Lubricate the Components Throughout the Entire Oil System. 9. Use One Bottle of Justice Brothers Fuel Injection System Cleaner in the Gas Tank to Stabilize the Fuel, Clean the Fuel lines, Fuel Filter, Injectors, Remove Water and Contaminants from the Fuel System. 10. Perform Basic Vehicle Inspections 11. Reset All Maintenance Lights

Clean and adjust rear brake shoes
1. Pour Entire Contents JB Radiator Cleaner in the Existing Coolant/Water. 2. Cycle Radiator Cleaner For 15-60 Minutes at Normal Operating Temperature to Neutralize Acids, Dissolve Corrosion Build Up, and Improve Fluid Circulation. 3. Drain Used Coolant/Water and Cleaner to Remove the Harmful Contaminants. 4. Fill the Cooling System with Manufacturer Recommended Coolant (Antifreeze) to the Manufacturer Specified Fluid Level. 5. Use JB Cooling System Protector & Water Pump Lubricant to Condition the Metal, Provide Lubrication to the Water Pump, Prevent Rust, And Hold the PH Balance of the Coolant. 6. Pressure Test Cooling System, Check for Leaks and Proper Operation.
1. Connect the Brake Fluid Exchange Machine in Accordance with the Equipment and Manufacturer Specifications and Procedures. Observe All Warnings Cautions and Notes. 2. Remove All the Old Fluid from the Brake System. 3. Push Justice Brothers High Performance Brake Fluid through the System to Clean all Varnish and Contamination. 4. Fill the Brake System to the Manufacturer Specified Fluid Level. 5. Bleed the Brakes to Remove all Air from the System. 6. Test For Proper Operation and Check for Leaks.
1. Use Step 1 In the Fuel Tank to Clean the Fuel Tank, Fuel Lines, Injectors, Return Lines. Remove Water and Vanish from the Fuel System, Increase Octane, and Fuel Economy. 2. Use Step 2 In the Crankcase to Clean the PCV System and Saturate the Sulfur and Carbon Deposits in the Emission System Increasing Exhaust Airflow and Reducing Emissions. 3. Connect the Specialized Drip tool to a Strong Vacuum Source that Leads Directly to the Intake Valves. (Brake Boost or PCV). **If Direct Injected, Pressurized spray tool must be used.** 4. DRIP Step 3 Into a Strong Vacuum Source at APPX 2-4 Drips Per Second to Remove the Carbon Deposits from the Intake Valves Increasing the Intake Airflow and Fuel Economy. 5. Remove the Specialized tool and Reconnect all Hoses and Clamps in Accordance with Manufacturer Specifications. 6. Clean the Throttle-Body with JB Air Intake System Cleaner. 7. Inspect Engine Air Filter. 8. Perform Road Test for a Minimum of 15 Minutes at Highway Speed. 9. Check for Leaks, Reset all Applicable Monitors, Sensors, and Maintenance Indicat

It appears the engine has multiple areas that are seeping engine oil. Recommend complete wash down, add dye for follow up inspection. Multiple codes present; P0059 Oxygen sensor heater circuit failure, recommend B1S2 be replaced and monitor. P0128 Thermostat issue, recommend housing be replaced and monitor. After performing the engine wash down and letting the vehicle idle the radiator began to leak while in the shop, the side tank blew out.
Replace radiator, radiator hoses, surge tank cap, thermostat housing
Replace oxygen sensor – B1S2 & B2S1
