- Drive belts worn. Radiator beginning to seep coolant from the side tank. Passenger fuel injector rail not sealing, tube is tweaked, common failure on these models when rails need to be removed. During road testing a CEL set for bank 2 sensor 2 failure, oxygen sensor not functioning properly.
- Replace driver side turn signal bulb, notification on IPC came on while driving.

2004 Lexus SC 430
Mileage161,608Service Date8/2/2024Services Performed- Multiple codes present, P0133, P0153, monitor system operation, both front oxygen sensors appear to be sluggish, sensors appear to have been replaced, they look newer than the rear sensors, suspect a faulty MAF sensor causing sensor performance to be off, install new MAF sensor and monitor. VCS, VES light on and a code is present for "zero point calibration not performed", further inspection found PCM updates required to perform zero point calibration, update PCM to newest version and perform zero point calibration.

Passenger upper ball joint boot torn open, possible upgrade needed to control arms due to leveling kit that was installed to correct ball joint angle. Rear leaf spring bushing dry rotted.
