- It appears the engine has multiple areas that are seeping engine oil. Recommend complete wash down, add dye for follow up inspection. Multiple codes present; P0059 Oxygen sensor heater circuit failure, recommend B1S2 be replaced and monitor. P0128 Thermostat issue, recommend housing be replaced and monitor. After performing the engine wash down and letting the vehicle idle the radiator began to leak while in the shop, the side tank blew out.
- Replace radiator, radiator hoses, surge tank cap, thermostat housing
- Replace oxygen sensor – B1S2 & B2S1
- ******** Additional parts/labor may be needed to complete repair ********
- Replace engine oil pan gasket and related parts, reuse engine oil
- During oil pan gasket repairs found oil pan bolt threads failed, bolt will not tighten up, insert helicoil, bolt holds proper torque at this time
